Judge yourself

The silence wrapped itself around me, smothering senseless voice,
Cocooning me in blissful calm from naked, nauseating noise.

Bitter envy clothed in praise, a blackened heart lauds acclaim.
Face to face sincerity, followed by disparity, blatant contrariety.

Begrudging words, resentful souls, jealousy taints, taking hold.
Seeds of animosity, stumbling sanity. Staining humanity.

Silence fills the deafening void of judgemental negativity,
Invisible walls defend and strengthen, free from vulnerability.
Assertive, honest, private thoughts provide a happy clarity,
A liberating confidence when trust is placed internally.

Live your life meditatively.
Judge yourself exclusively.
