Everything about you unseen
Is beautiful,
Your mind, spirit and soul.
Everything you’ve been through,
That has made you the survivor you are,
I’m in awe of that.
The grace with which you carry your healing,
Lovingly and tenderly.
Your strength inspires,
Your humanness,
No words can match.
A survivor,
A warrior without armour.
In light of everything you’ve been through,
You chose in the end to teach love,
To inspire generations of women.
You lead with empathy,
And you start with yourself.
Self-love.
To women who choose to share their stories,
To help another unseen,
They break the barriers of social, unchallenged norms
And let us know,
It’s ok to speak our truth,
Healing is possible.
